For Network Members of Expert MENA: You are the pool of our experts (“Network Member”). In addition to these Terms, your participation as a Network Member is also subject to the specific Terms and Conditions of Membership in the Expert MENA Network-Membership Terms and Conditions. In cases where there is any discrepancy or conflict between these Site Terms of Use and the Membership Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the latter will prevail.

Your continued use of this Site signifies your acceptance of these Terms and, where applicable, the Membership Terms and Conditions. We appreciate your commitment to complying with these guidelines during your engagement with Expert MENA and our Site.

3. Network Member Content Disclaimer

Non-Endorsement and Ownership: Expert MENA does not claim ownership, endorse, nor accept responsibility for Network Member Content. Our role is not of a developer or an endorser but rather a facilitator for the dissemination of this content.
Content Accuracy and Quality: We cannot assure or represent the accuracy or quality of the Network Member Content. It is provided on an “as is” basis. Users are advised to exercise their discretion while engaging with this content.

Independent Status of Network Members: Network Members are not employees or under the direct supervision of Expert MENA. This Confidentiality Agreement is a binding component for all Network Members as per the nondisclosure provision outlined in the Membership Terms and Conditions.

If you are not a Network Member, you are required to adhere to the following confidentiality obligations regarding the Confidential Information accessed on the Site.:

- Diligently cooperate with Expert MENA in protecting the Confidential Information to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

This Confidentiality Agreement is integral to maintaining the integrity and security of sensitive information pertaining to Expert MENA and its Clients. Your compliance with these terms is essential and appreciated, ensuring the confidentiality and protection of critical information.

5. Intellectual Property Rights Notice
