Expert MENA Network Member Code of Conduct

(“Network member”, “You”, “Your” is pivotal in realizing Expert MENA’s (“Our”) vision of empowering every significant professional decision with profound insights. Our Network Member Code of Conduct is designed to foster a constructive and rewarding interaction among Network Members and clients, aligning with this vision by creating a membership-based community of professionals with specialized knowledge (“Network”).

The Network serves as a platform connecting you with clients needing specific insights. The operation of the Network is governed by strict guidelines, ensuring professional standards and ethical conduct. This is crucial to maintain the integrity, quality, and trustworthiness of the Network. You are required to adhere to the Terms and Conditions, and to this Expert MENA Network Member Code of Conduct which emphasizes critical standards. These include the prohibition of sharing or mishandling confidential information, the obligation to provide truthful representations of your experience and expertise, and the necessity to conduct yourself with utmost integrity and professionalism. While most Network Members naturally grasp and uphold these principles, breaches of these standards or the Terms and Conditions can lead to exclusion from our Network.

This document complements the Terms and Conditions and does not encapsulate all behaviors that might warrant removal from the Network. Expert MENA reserves the right to terminate or restrict membership at its discretion, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Privacy and Non-Disclosure

Network Members must safeguard confidential information, refrain from sharing it with Expert MENA or its clients, or engage in projects that could breach obligations to current or former employers or other parties.
Network Members are required to disengage from projects that raise concerns about the nature of a client’s inquiries and to report such instances to Expert MENA immediately.
Public discussions or disclosures about any Expert MENA project, client, or engagement, including on personal or company websites and social media platforms, are prohibited.
Utilizing information acquired from Expert MENA or its clients for personal gain or detriment of others is not permitted.
Direct communication with clients without Expert MENA’s written consent is not allowed.

Standards of Professional Conduct

Network Members should maintain professional conduct in interactions with Expert MENA’s employees, clients, and other Network Members, avoiding any form of hostile or inappropriate communication.
Discriminatory or harassing behavior, including remarks based on age, color, disability, gender identity, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic, as well as unwelcome sexual advances or conduct, is unacceptable.
Network Members are required to provide truthful and up-to-date information about their qualifications, experience, affiliations, and achievements.
Misrepresentation or deceitful conduct towards Expert MENA or its clients is not tolerated and shall lead to revoking of membership to the Network.
Engaging in Expert MENA projects beyond one’s area of expertise is not permissible.
Creating false or duplicate profiles within Expert MENA’s systems is prohibited.

Plagiarism

Network Members must present original ideas and insights, crediting third-party information appropriately.
Plagiarism or presenting others’ work as one’s own in any Expert MENA project engagement, including consultations, surveys, or reports, is strictly prohibited.

Policy on AI-Driven Content

Utilizing or depending on AI-generated content in consultations, surveys, written work, or responses to project opportunities is not allowed.

Prohibition of Aggressive Conduct

Individuals involved in, or intending to engage in, violent, serious criminal, or fraudulent behaviors, as specified in the Network Membership Terms & Conditions, will not be admitted or will be removed from the Expert MENA Network.
